Scott's Shout!

[TOTP - July 2000 ISSUE 65]

Watchya! I actually feel quite laid-back this month. Oh, but there are just a few things that have been bugging me...

Two-tone Tan
I've got my holiday photos developed and all the photos came out well for a change! One thing that annoyed me, though, was guys that kept getting on the back of Kerry's jet ski. I was, like, 'What's going on there?' - I'm a bit of a jealous type, but I just can't help it! I've got a nice tan at the moment, but it's peeling off! I'm gonna have to go on a sunbed - even if I end up with two different levels of brown-ness!

Wok On Earth
One thing that got on my nerves this month was when a bunch of us went to a restaurant where you had to pay £12.50 for a buffet of Chinese food. I don't like Chinese food so I didn't eat. I can see that you've got to pay for the seat, but I ate nothing. I ended up having a big row with the guy working there!

Strides Stress
I went into a shop the other day to take back a pair of trousers for Kerry. I said they didn't fit, but I didn't have the receipt. I didn't want my money back, I just wanted to swap them. Anyway, they kept going on and on about it not being company policy until, yes, eventually, they let me change them!

Motor Head
I haven't been driving for long and I don't know the width of my car when I'm driving. I overcompensate cos I think I'm not gonna get through a space when it's obvious to everyone else that I easily could! The other day I was driving and thought I could get through this space, but the car on the other side screeched out of my way. He could've moved over a bit and it would've been fine. Anyway, I refuse to have those green L-plates cos that's not cool!

Sun-specs Appeal
This time of year you have to have a pair of sunglasses don't you? It really bugs me, though, cos I keep buying nice, expensive pairs of shades and I just keep putting them down and losing them. I reckon if someone followed me around and picked them all up, they'd have about 20 pairs by now!

More from me next month. See ya! Scott.
